A strategy designed to reposition Amex’s UK brand presence on social, rooted in a creative platform that engages and entertains through culturally connected storytelling. Delivered through a clear strategic framework built to support all areas of comms.
Work included developing the creative platform, defining tone of voice, channel strategy, content pillars and creative opportunities planned around key calendar moments to ensure a consistent, culturally resonant presence.
